Born to parents who migrated from South Vietnam in 1992, she embodies values of integrity, kindness, and empathy, instilled by her upbringing. As the youngest of eight siblings, Stayce's upbringing is rooted in the principles of honesty and negotiation, making her a firm believer in the "Golden Rules."

The Asian American Real Estate Association (AAREA), established in 2003 from the Greater Houston Chinese Real Estate Association (founded in 1995), is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Asian American real estate professionals. AAREA focuses on educating the community about real estate, fostering collaboration among Asian American businesses, strengthening the image of Asian American agents, promoting real estate business growth, protecting members' rights, providing continuing education, and creating global and local networking opportunities.
